Abstract

In today's digital world, health data is one of the most sensitive types of information, yet it is frequently collected, shared, and at risk of misuse. Your wellbeing should not be a commodity it should be something you fully control.

Nevora introduces a dedicated privacy runtime that sits between a user's wallet and the broader health ecosystem. Instead of broadcasting every health action directly from a public address, users interact with the Nevora runtime to maintain profile-linked shadow balances, route internal flows, and only surface the minimum information required at the edge of the system.

The result is a model where health progress and wellbeing data can be verified and reported, without exposing all underlying details to observers. With this secure foundation, you can use your health data in real time or share it confidentially with medical professionals, without exposing any underlying details to anyone else.

01

Problem & Motivation

Today, digital health participants primarily operate through ordinary apps and platforms. Every health check, fitness tracking, and wellness record is tied to centralized databases and a growing trail of accessible events. Even when data is anonymized, clustering heuristics, pattern analysis, and data breaches make it trivial to connect behavior and reconstruct personal health histories.

This creates several critical issues:

  • Privacy leakage: Active health trackers lose their privacy edge as their wellness flows and patterns become easy to analyze or exploit.
  • Data exposure: Simple data sharing reveals networks of relationships between healthcare providers, insurers, and individual users.
  • Unbounded data trails: Every action contributes to a permanent dataset that can be re-analyzed indefinitely by unknown parties.
  • Compliance friction: Users who need to report or prove health activity often default to over-disclosure, because there is no structured way to share only what is necessary.

Nevora is motivated by the idea that these problems are not a side effect of digital health itself, but of how users currently interact with it. By introducing a runtime layer designed explicitly for private yet verifiable health flows, we can maintain data integrity while reshaping how information is revealed.

02

Design Goals & Vision

Nevora aims to become the first blockchain-connected health platform that protects user privacy, prevents data manipulation, and empowers modern wellbeing through secure, self-owned health identity.

Privacy first

Nevora should feel as natural as using a modern health app. No complex mental models, no unfamiliar abstractions, and no need for users to think in terms of low-level privacy primitives.

Non-custodial by default

Users maintain control of their data. Nevora focuses on how data is exposed and how flows are routed, not on holding user information in opaque off-chain structures.

Selective disclosure

The system should make it easy to share specific views of health activity with doctors, insurers, and tools, without revealing everything by default.

Composable with Health Ecosystem

Nevora is not a separate silo. It is built to plug into existing health protocols, fitness platforms, and wellness services through a privacy-aware integration layer.

Transparent architecture

Code, assumptions, and threat models should be inspectable. Privacy features must not rely on obscurity or closed, black-box infrastructure.

Incremental privacy

The roadmap should allow shipping useful, realistic privacy improvements before more advanced cryptography (e.g. heavy zero-knowledge proofs) is fully integrated.

System Overview The 5 Core Products

At a high level, Nevora introduces a runtime layer that manages how user health data and wellness flows are represented and executed, while blockchain technology remains the underlying verification layer.

Users connect an existing wallet to create a Nevora Profile. This profile maintains one or more shadow health records inside the runtime. When a user logs wellness data or health metrics into Nevora, these inputs are recorded internally as encrypted updates tied to their profile, rather than as simple, publicly traced entries across centralized databases.

From these shadow records, users can request actions such as:

  • Verified health attestations to third parties
  • Wellness score calculations and comparisons
  • AI-driven health guidance and personalized insights

Nevora batches and orchestrates these actions through a set of on-chain verification contracts and off-chain coordination logic. To external observers, activity appears as a series of interactions between the Nevora runtime and verified health protocols not as a detailed ledger of individual user actions.

03.1

ZK Health Identity

The foundation of Nevora a private, self-owned health identity secured by your wallet. It enables trusted verification of your wellbeing journey without exposing personal data.

Key Features:

  • Wallet-based identity anchoring for full user control
  • Zero-knowledge proof generation for health claims
  • Portable identity across health platforms and services
03.2

ZK Health Signals & Score

A privacy-preserving system that converts encrypted wellness signals into a unified, tamper-resistant score. This score reflects genuine, verifiable health consistency.

How It Works:

  • Encrypted signals from fitness trackers, apps, and manual inputs
  • Aggregation into a unified wellness score without raw data exposure
  • Tamper-proof verification through cryptographic commitments
03.3

AI-Driven Wellness Suite (ZK-Gated Access)

A suite of advanced AI tools providing personalized guidance and real-time insights. Access is unlocked through your ZK Health Identity and Score, ensuring privacy at every step.

Capabilities:

  • Personalized wellness recommendations based on encrypted health patterns
  • Real-time insights without centralizing sensitive data
  • Gated access through ZK proof verification no identity leakage
03.4

Community Health Support (ZK-Verified Eligibility)

A decentralized support system where eligibility is validated through zkProofs. Users receive community-backed assistance fairly, without exposing sensitive information.

Benefits:

  • Fair eligibility verification without revealing personal circumstances
  • Community-driven mutual aid with cryptographic guarantees
  • Resistance to fraud through verifiable health consistency scores
03.5

Private Medical Data Sharing (User-Controlled ZK Access)

A secure method for sharing encrypted wellness insights with doctors during consultations. Only the information you approve becomes visible never raw or sensitive data.

Privacy Guarantees:

  • Granular consent for each data sharing request
  • Time-limited access tokens that expire after consultation
  • Audit trail of all data access without exposing the data itself
